New Jersey beat Washington 5-0! Hot shot Zach Parise recorded a hat trick!
Chicago beat Ottawa 2-1. Good Lookin Patrick Sharp assisted on both Chicago goals.
Tampa Bay beat the NY Rangers 4-3. League leader in goals Steven Stamkos scored and Tampa's Ryan Malone scored the OT winner.
Detroit beat Minnesota 6-0! Valtteri Filppula scored 2 goals and assisted another.
Dallas beat Edmonton 3-1. Sam G agner scored the only goal for Edmonton with 30 seconds left in the 3rd period.
Anaheim beat Calgary 3-1. Duck Captain Ryan Getzlaf scored the game winning goal with 46 seconds left in the 3rd period.
Saturday March 3rd:
NY Islanders beat the Boston Bruins 3-2. John Tavares scored the winning goal for the Islanders late in the 3rd.
Toronto beat Montreal 3-2. Mikhail Grabovski scored twice for Toronto in the 3rd helping make Randy Carlyle's Toronto coaching debut successful.
Tampa Bay beat Carolina 4-3. Steven Stamkos scored the game winning goal in OT.
Nashville beat Florida 3-1.
Columbus beat Phoenix 5-2! Columbus Captain Rick Nash scored twice picked up one assist and Columbus walks away with their 20th win this year!
Pittsburgh beat Colorado 5-1. Five different penguins scored including points leader Evgeni Malkin.
Buffalo beat Vancouver 5-3. Roberto Luongo was pulled from net and replaced by Cory Schneider after he let in 3 goals on 7 shots in the first 5 minutes of play in the 1st period. David Booth scored twice for Vancouver and new Canuck Zach Kassian scored his 1st goal as a Canuck vs his old team. Former Canuck Christian Ehrhoff also scored for Buffalo.
Los Angeles beat Anaheim 4-2. Kings Captain Dustin Brown scored once, Jeff Carter scored twice and Anze Kopitar scored with 15 seconds left in the 3rd for the insurance goal.
St. Louis beat San Jose 3-1. Even though St. Louis won, Blues goalie Jaroslav Halak only made 18 saves on 19 shots compared to San Jose goalie Antti Niemi's 29 saves on 32 shots.
Sunday March 4th:
NY Rangers beat Boston Bruins 4-3. After this win NY is back in top spot in the league with 91 points.
New Jersey beat NY Islanders 1-0. Kyle Okposo scored the only goal early in the 2nd period.
Chicago beat Detroit 2-1. Both Patricks scored. Patrick Sharp and Patrick Kane.
Florida beat Ottawa 4-2. Former Canuck Mikael Sameulsson scored the game winning goal.
Dallas beat Calgary 3-2. Jamie Benn and Loui Eriksson scored the winning goals in a shootout.
Philly beat Washington 1-0. Eric Wellwood scored the lone goal.
Colorado beat Minnesota 2-0. Jamie McGinn scored both Colorado goals in the 1st period.
